Restech Online is a privately held company dedicated to helping individuals and businesses create a powerful web presence easily and economically. Founded in 1997 by Randy Sigmond.  The founder is a veteran of the United States Navy where he learned the true meaning of teamwork, where together everyone achieves more.  Although the navy experience was a remarkable adventure, his passion was in helping business people understand technology and how it can help their business achieve maximum efficiencies through computer applications.
